Bikes and coffee. One often a good indicator of the other and one of my all time favorites. In Brussels I came across this green bike of PermaFungi. The guy riding it explained they grow mushrooms on coffee grounds in the city itself. Collecting (30 000 kg of coffee grounds) and delivering (6 000 kg of mushrooms) are solely done by bike.

BicyLift

BicyLift by FlexiModal is a very fast and handy way to pick up Europallets by bike. The system can carry up to 180kg. Can’t find the price anywhere…

Why is Copenhagen the walhalla for bikers?

DHL Express is currently experimenting to cover the last miles to customers with cargo bikes. The Cubicle is capable of transporting approximately 1 m3 and 125 kg. Looking forwards how this will develop…

Carla Cargo designed a three wheeled bike trailer (electric assisted or not) that can manage cargo up to 150 kg. The cool part is that it can also be used as a hand car for easy maneuvering. Prices between 2399 and 3999 EUR.
